Yes, absolutely! Cold tea's are often consumed by many after intense exercise or a day out in the sun.

How do you make cold tea?

To make cold tea you simply combine water with whole teabags or loose-leaf tea in a pitcher and let it infuse in your fridge for approximately 6-12 hours.

What teas can you drink cold?

Other than our selection below, you may wish to try making your own cold tea from the likes of GingerElderberryPeppermintNettle and Chamomile.

Is cold tea better than hot tea?

If brewed correctly, iced tea should have the same amount of flavonoids, catechins, Antioxidants and as hot Tea. It's those instant iced variations which may contain far less amounts of catechins, for example.
